Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date the first delivery was offered to the customer, regardless of whether delivery was accepted or rescheduled by the customer. This applies only to eligible items and excludes:
Hardwood flooring
Special order items
Samples
Rolled goods (carpets, rubber flooring, etc.)
Accessories such as trims, adhesives, stair noses, and similar items
Important Notes:
Orders of 3,000 square feet or more are considered special orders and are not eligible for return.
Returns of less than 10 cases/cartons are not accepted.
Restocking Fee:
A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns on orders and/or pre-orders that have been processed (24 hours after placement).
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance. LVTflooringStore.com does not provide return shipping services.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the items are not in resalable condition.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within 14 calendar days of the date the first delivery was offered.
We must receive the returned items within 14 calendar days from that same date.
After inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund minus the applicable restocking fee. If your original order received bulk or volume discounts and you're returning only a portion, your order will be recalculated at retail pricing for the items kept.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 to 4 weeks after returned material is received and inspected.
If the original payment method is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued—no exceptions.

Non-Refundable Charges:
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, the actual shipping/delivery costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
(These actual charges are often higher than the amount shown on your invoice.)
