Eligible items can be returned within 14 calendar days of the date your first delivery was offered — whether or not you accepted it.
Not eligible for return: clearance items, hardwood flooring, special orders, samples, rolled goods, accessories (trims, adhesives, stair nose, etc.), and any order of 3,000+ sq ft.
Returns must total at least 10 cases/cartons — smaller partial returns aren't accepted.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns on orders processed 24+ hours after placement.
You're responsible for return shipping; items must come back unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds go to your original payment method 2–4 weeks after we receive and inspect the return, minus the restocking fee (and minus actual shipping cost if your order had free/discounted shipping).

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date the first delivery was offered to the customer, regardless of whether delivery was accepted or rescheduled by the customer. This applies only to eligible items.

Special order items
Samples
Rolled goods (carpets, rubber flooring, etc.)
Accessories such as trims, adhesives, stair noses, and similar items
Orders of 3,000 square feet or more (considered special orders)

Order Size Requirements

Returns of fewer than 10 cases/cartons are not accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns on orders and/or pre-orders that have been processed (24 hours after placement).

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance. LVTflooringStore.com does not provide return shipping services.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are not in resalable condition.

Return Process

To start a return, contact our customer service team within 14 calendar days of the date the first delivery was offered. We must receive the returned items within 14 calendar days of that same date. After inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund minus the applicable restocking fee. If your original order received bulk or volume discounts and you're returning only a portion, your order will be recalculated at retail pricing for the items you keep.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 to 4 weeks after the returned material is received and inspected. If the original payment method is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued — no exceptions.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, the actual shipping/delivery costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund; these actual charges are often higher than the amount shown on your invoice.
