RETURN POLICY
Return Eligibility:
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the items, except for hardwood flooring, special order items, samples, rolled goods (carpets, rubber flooring, etc.), as well as accessories such as trims, adhesives, stair noses, and similar items.
Please note that orders of 3,000 square feet and more are considered special orders and are not eligible for return.
Returns of less than 10 cases/cartons are not accepted.
Pick Up orders are considered special order and not eligible for returns. Customer is responsible to verify items at pick up.
Restocking Fee:
For eligible returns, a restocking fee of 30% of the item's original purchase price will be applied on orders and/or pre-orders that are already processed (24 hours after order has been placed).
Return Shipping:
We do not provide return shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to LVTflooringStore.com.
We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance for the returned items.
Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must be in their original packaging, not opened, not damaged or altered in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items are not in their original condition or if they are damaged.
Return Process:
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the items.
Note, we must receive returned items within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund minus the applicable restocking fee.
If you bought with bulk price or discounted based on volume, and returning portion of order: then we will recalculate your full order at retail price, not bulk or discounted. Refund amount will be based on it.
Final refund amount will be issued based on the condition of the material once it is received to our warehouse and reviewed by inspection.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 4 to 12 weeks from the date the material was received to us. If the original form of payment is not available to receive funds, we will issue a store credit, no exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items:
Hardwood floors, samples, special order items, rolled goods (carpets, rubber flooring, etc.), as well as accessories such as trims, adhesives, stair noses, and similar items, are non-returnable.
Orders of 3,000 square feet and more are considered special order and are not eligible for return.
Non-Refundable Items:
Shipping and delivery fees NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Original Shipping Costs: Even if your original order qualified for free shipping or you were not charged for shipping, the actual cost we incurred to ship your order will be deducted from your return refund.
If actual original shipping and delivery charges* are higher what the customer paid for delivery and shipping, than we will deduct actual shipping and delivery charge from refund.
*In most cases, the actual shipping and delivery amount we pay to have your order delivered is much more than the amount listed on your invoice.
