Acceptance of Terms

Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to these terms and conditions and other applicable law. Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Pricing & Sales

Sale prices listed on LVTflooringStore.com are only valid on the minimum purchase quantity listed on the site. Advertised sale prices may change without notice. LVTflooringStore.com has the right to cancel any order. Discount coupons may be canceled or changed without notice.

Product Sourcing & Locking-System Compatibility

All flooring products sold on LVTflooringStore.com are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the respective manufacturers or their authorized distributors. However, manufacturers periodically update or modify their production processes, including but not limited to the design, dimensions, or specifications of click/locking systems. As a result, flooring from different production batches or manufacturing runs — even of the identical product name, style, and color — may not be fully compatible or may not lock together seamlessly with previously purchased flooring.

LVTflooringStore.com is not responsible for any incompatibility between new and previously purchased products arising from such manufacturer-initiated changes. Customers are strongly advised to purchase sufficient quantities for the entire project at one time to ensure batch consistency and locking-system compatibility. Determining whether a currently available product remains compatible with previously purchased or installed flooring is solely the customer's responsibility.

Order Processing & Verification

The prices quoted in estimates are based on current material costs, tariffs, and economic conditions. Due to potential changes in tariffs, supply chain disruptions, or other economic factors beyond our control, prices are subject to change without prior notice. If any such changes occur before the completion of your order, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated estimate.

You are responsible for verifying all order details, including but not limited to floor color, quantity, and other specifications, prior to paying for the order. This includes carefully reviewing the provided estimate and invoice for accuracy and completeness.

Orders will be shipped to the "Ship To" address provided at the time of order placement. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims

You must inspect your shipment before signing for it. Any damage or shortage must be noted directly on the delivery receipt before you sign it, and photographed at the time of delivery. You will be deemed to have received, inspected, and accepted goods as satisfactory and complete in all respects unless (a) the damage or shortage was noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing, and (b) written notice of the alleged damage or shortage, with photos, is received by LVTflooringStore.com within 12 hours from the date of receipt. Misalignment of some pieces on each sheet must be assumed as an intrinsic characteristic of this product, and no claims will be honored for this reason. No claims will be accepted after installation.

Product Color & Sample Variation

The actual product may vary from the images shown on the website. Actual colors may vary from those shown depending on the device used to view the product or the angle at which the item was photographed. By placing an order through LVTflooringStore.com, you agree that you have reviewed the product in person/live and are accepting the color/shade of the product being shipped.

Flooring samples are available for purchase. Please note the sample you purchase may not represent the full range of variation that can occur in different planks of the same product — natural variation in wood grain, color, and texture may cause slight differences between the sample and the final product.

Discounts & Promotions

Discounts, coupons, and promotions are valid only on new orders and cannot be applied to existing orders.

Cancellations, Changes & Final-Sale Items

Custom orders, clearance items, and special orders of non-stocked products are final sale and cannot be returned. Deposits or payments on such orders are non-refundable.

Final sale items cannot be returned, and no additional orders will be accepted against them. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and as such, we can adjust the quantity of your order to account for damaged stock.

Orders of flooring accessories and supplies are non-refundable and final sale. Accessories and supplies may ship separately from your flooring order; the estimated delivery date for flooring orders does not apply to accessories and supplies, which may take longer to process and deliver since some are custom-made.

You have 24 hours from order placement to change or cancel an order or pre-order, unless the order is already out for delivery or delivered. After 24 hours, there will be no refund on cancellations or changes; our Return Policy applies instead.

Estimates & Pricing Changes

Estimated prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to fluctuations in market conditions, changes in raw material costs, unforeseen economic events, increases in labor costs, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly to reflect actual costs.

Products may be discontinued without prior notice. We are not liable to enter into a contract based on estimated pricing or the continued availability of any product.

Product Warranty & Installation Requirements

Products purchased on LVTflooringStore.com and installed within the continental USA are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified. To retain the warranty on flooring, it must be installed by a certified installer through the International Certified Flooring Installers Association (ICFI). To find an ICFI-certified installer, visit cfiinstallers.org/find-an-installer. Please note we do not endorse or recommend specific installers.

All flooring must be installed according to the manufacturer's installation instructions. Use of secondary padding under the floor will void the manufacturer's warranty.

Limitation of Liability

LVTflooringStore.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if LVTflooringStore.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to you caused by our failure to provide any service, or delay in providing such service, resulting from an act of God, act of governmental authority, legal constraint, war, terrorism, fire, catastrophe, electrical/computer/mechanical/telecommunications failure, failure of any agent or correspondent, or any other cause beyond our control.

Typographical & Pricing Errors

In the event a LVTflooringStore.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, LVTflooringStore.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, LVTflooringStore.com will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions apply to you upon accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process, and may be terminated by LVTflooringStore.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyright, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous survive any termination.

Governing Law, Venue & Miscellaneous
