We ship most of products to continental United States, shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Handling fee will be added to orders of less then 10 cartons/cases.
Most products are in stock and ready to ship. Estimated order processing and shipping is 15-45 days. Please note all of our estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. While we do our best to get your order on time, delays in delivery may arise out of our control.

Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via ferry. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted to provide payment for said charges. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
Most of orders shipped via freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. There are no guarantee on delivery date and time, all dates and times provided is estimated. Orders will normally include curbside delivery only.
By placing order you acknowledge that a large truck can pull up in front of your house and has room to use a lift gate to drop one or more pallets on the street in front of your curb. It is a drivers responsibility to unload floor from the delivery vehicle. If you help or unload order from delivery vehicle, you do it at your own risk. LVTflooringStore.com and Delivery Company will not be responsible for any injuries that you may receive while unloading floor. You can (or can arrange for help) carry heavy cartons yourself (or with help that you arranged) from the pallet(s) to where they need to go and you are aware the driver of the truck cannot help you. You are aware that there may be 25-80+ cartons on a pallet weighing as much as 25-80+ pounds each (normally no more than 50 pounds but there may be some exceptions).
You are also aware that if you are not present to accept delivery, there will be additional charges for a return trip. If we are unable to reach you via phone and/or email to schedule delivery - your order will be delivered during regular business days; unless you have notified us to hold order; once order is shipped it will be delivered to address on order - if no one available to accept delivery, your order will be left at address - and is assumed that order was received as ordered and in good condition.
You will inspect the shipment for damage and note anything you find on the delivery receipt that you sign. You will also take photos so that LVTflooringStore.com can work with the manufacturer and/or freight company to get any unusable product replaced.
You will be prepared with a tarp in case of bad weather and will get the flooring materials under a roof as quickly as possible, You will not leave delivery in the rain and are aware that water damaged flooring isn’t covered under warranty.
Please note: It is reasonable to expect anywhere from 3%-5% breakage or damage, depending on the product. If at delivery you notice any damage, please take pictures and notify us within 60 minutes, and specify damage on delivery acceptance slip.
Someone over the age of 18, must be present to accept delivery, and sign delivery slip. If by any chance, no one is available to sign/ or refuse to accept delivery; you will not be refunded for materials and delivery; instead to rearrange delivery - you will be charged additional fee. If you are unable to schedule delivery within 30 days of placing order, it will be discarded, no refunds will be issued.
Inside a garage delivery is available upon request - contact us for a quote.
Jevima LLC and its shipping partners has right to take picture of delivery location.
At checkout, you will have the option to order items on LVTflooringStore.com and if available, pick them up for free at a local JEVIMA premium flooring store. “Pickup at Store” is listed as a shipping option during the checkout process. LVTflooringStore.com orders placed using the “Pickup at Store” option are fulfilled with inventory at the local store selected at checkout. By selecting that option you accept these Terms. After checkout with the “Pickup at Store” shipping option, JEVIMA will notify you by email when your order is ready for pick up. In stock orders placed before 1pm local time, may available to pick up within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email with details about In-store Pickup. Customer must call/text/email to schedule pick up time. Pick up times are set by local store. The customer will need to bring a Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation number/email in order to pick up the order. Only the individual who placed the order and whose name appears on the order may pick up the order. Orders not picked up within thirty (30) calendar days will be discarded, no refunds will be issued.
Ship to local freight terminal option
We can arrange a shipment to your local freight terminal, where you will pick up. Please note, you must pick up within a 48 hours after receiving a notice that your shipment is ready for pick up. Storage fees will be added if shipment is not picked up within 48 hours.
PAYMENTS:
Order will not be processed until full payment is received. Orders paid by credit card is processed after 24 hours or until payment posted. Orders paid by ACH/Electronic Check / Check is processed after payment is cleared in bank.
